Private Cocktail Masterclass
Two hours with Marcus behind the bar. You'll learn the theory, make the drinks, take home what you've built. Can be run in the Apothecary Room or at the main bar. Great for team events, milestone celebrations, or just a deeply enjoyable evening.

The Apothecary Room was the original dispensary of the 1920s building. It retains the original shelving, the exposed bluestone walls, and the particular quality of silence that comes from being underground. We've added a dedicated bar, thoughtful lighting, and a sound system that serves the room rather than fighting it.
It seats 14 comfortably for a long dinner or opens to 20 standing. The main room accommodates up to 40 for full buyout events.
