Vessel occupies the basement of a 1920s apothecary in Fitzroy. The shelves still hold bottles — but now they're filled with house-made bitters, fermented shrubs, and forty-proof curiosities. Our menus rotate every season. Everything on the list, from the syrups to the tinctures, is made in this room.
